Patient Participation Group Registration

We welcome enquiries from all registered patients who are interested in joining our Patient Participation Group.

We value the involvement of patients in the decisions we make about the range and quality of services we provide. This helps us to ensure that we understand any issues/suggestions patients may have. If you are interested in helping us develop the practice by representing our patients’ views and are happy to participate in occasional meetings (approximately 4 times a year) please indicate your interest by completing our registration form.
